Who Should Work With Dirt2Dollars?

We do not work with every contractor who wants to hire us. Here is exactly who this works for.

You have the equipment and the crew to take on more work

This is the first filter and the most important one.

If your schedule is already stretched to the limit and you have no capacity to add jobs, marketing makes your problem worse, not better. You end up with booked estimates you cannot service, customers you cannot get back to, and a reputation problem in your own market.

Fix capacity first. Then fill it.

You can get off the machine to run estimates

We book confirmed appointments on your calendar during business hours. You have to show up to them.

The contractors who get the worst results with us are consistently the ones who could not attend the appointments we booked. If you are the only operator, on a machine ten hours a day, with no ability to break away two or three times a week, no marketing company can help you until that changes.

Some contractors solve this by having a partner or family member run estimates. Others block two afternoons a week. Either works. Doing neither does not.

Your market has enough population to support volume

A thirty minute radius in a dense suburban county produces very different numbers than a thirty minute radius in a rural area with forty thousand people.

We ask about service radius and market population on the first call, and if the math does not support the appointment volume we would be guaranteeing, we say no. Running it anyway just costs you money and costs us a bad outcome.

Widening your service radius is often the fix. Some contractors will not travel further, and that is a legitimate business decision. It just changes whether this works.

You can close face to face

We put a qualified property owner in front of you. We do not close for you and never claim to.

The contractors who do best walk the property, price the work on site, and ask for the decision before they leave. Adam, one of our clients, changed his business by switching from emailed proposals to closing on the spot.

If you are uncomfortable asking for the sale, that is a fixable skill, but it is yours to fix. Your customer success manager will coach on it. They cannot do it for you.

You can fund advertising consistently

We buy real attention in your market. That requires spend, and it requires spend that does not get paused halfway through the optimization phase.

Pausing mid-campaign resets progress. The system has to relearn. Contractors who stop and start burn money on repeated learning phases and never reach the efficient part of the curve.

You will stay through the first four weeks

Week two looks worse than week four by design. The first ten to fifteen days are data collection. One client watched cost per inquiry go from two hundred dollars to forty five dollars in ten days once the campaign had enough signal.

If you are going to bail at day twelve, do not start. You will pay for the expensive part and quit before the payoff.

Who this is not for

Contractors with no equipment yet. Contractors who cannot leave the job site during business hours. Contractors looking for someone to close for them. Contractors who want to test it for two weeks and see.

We tell people no for these reasons on the first call, every week. It is faster than finding out in month two.

If you fit

Across more than 250 contractors, we have delivered over one hundred million dollars in on-site estimates. Brian closed five jobs in his first week. Dave and Tyson closed over forty five jobs in three months. Chris Collins of Chris Collins Clearing landed a seven acre job off one appointment. Anthony went from nearly closing his doors to a twelve point four million dollar site prep contract.

Book a call and we will tell you honestly which side of the line you are on.
