What Happens After You Sign With Dirt2Dollars

Here is exactly what happens from the moment you sign to the point where your calendar is running predictably.

The onboarding call

A forty five minute call where we pull everything the campaign needs. Service radius. The types of work you want and the types you do not. Minimum job size. Equipment and crew capacity. Your calendar availability for estimates. Your pricing structure so our callers can set expectations correctly.

This call sets the qualification criteria our call center uses. Be specific here. If you do not want jobs under a certain acreage, say so. If you will not travel past a certain point, say so. Every constraint you give us tightens what lands on your calendar.

Campaign build

Our media buyers build the ad campaign for your specific market. Our web team builds and hosts the landing page the ads point to.

Creative matters more in this industry than most. Video of real job sites, real equipment, and real before and after transformations outperforms stock imagery by a wide margin. Property owners want to see the machines and the cleared lot. If you have footage from your own jobs, send it. It is the single most useful thing you can hand us.

Launch

Ads go live. Inquiries start coming in. Our in-house call center contacts every one of them within minutes with a live person, not an automated text.

The caller has a real conversation about the property, the scope, the timeline, and whether the person is the decision maker. If it qualifies against your criteria, they book a confirmed time on your calendar.

You will see appointments in the first week. One client booked nine thousand eight hundred dollars in work off his first six.

Scheduling structure

We cap most clients at two appointments per day with roughly three hour buffers between them, and we book only into windows you have made available.

The buffers exist because drive time in this business is brutal and jobs run long. A rushed estimate is a lost estimate.

Weeks one through three: optimization

This is the part you need to understand going in. The campaign starts without knowing your market. The first ten to fifteen days are data collection, and some early appointments will not be as strong as later ones.

Your customer success manager works through this with you weekly. Tightening qualification questions. Adjusting targeting. Changing creative. One client watched cost per inquiry drop from two hundred dollars to forty five dollars in ten days once there was enough signal to act on.

The contractors who report bad experiences are almost always the ones who quit at day twelve, right before this lands.

Your customer success manager

You get a dedicated person, not a shared inbox. They review performance weekly, adjust the campaign, and act as your line into the media buying and call center teams.

The most valuable thing you can do is tell them what happened at each estimate. Closed, lost, and why. That feedback is what makes month two better than month one.

Weeks three through twelve: consistent volume

The calendar fills predictably and you start planning around it. Dave and Tyson closed over forty five jobs across three months. One client attended thirty six of thirty eight appointments booked against a thirty appointment guarantee. Another booked twenty seven thousand dollars in forestry mulching in thirteen days at roughly fifty percent margins.

What you are responsible for

Attend the appointments. Price and close on site rather than emailing proposals. Keep ad spend funded without pausing mid-optimization. Answer your customer success manager quickly. Keep your calendar availability as wide as your operation allows.

That last one is underrated. Narrow availability caps volume by your schedule rather than by demand in your market.

The guarantee

Thirty qualified on-site appointments over the term on our flagship program. If we fall short, we keep working at no additional program cost until we deliver.

Across more than 250 contractors, we have delivered over one hundred million dollars in on-site estimates. Book a call if you want to see what the first thirty days would look like for you.
