The number one complaint contractors have about marketing companies is that nobody tracks whether it worked. So here is exactly how we track it, from the day you sign to every two weeks after.
Who We Are
Dirt2Dollars is a done-for-you marketing agency. We are not a coaching program. This is not a course. We run your ads, build your website and landing pages, and handle all of your marketing. Our in-house sales team books qualified on-site appointments directly on your calendar. All you have to do is show up and close the deal.
Dirt2Dollars tracks ROI for every client. That is not a feature we sell. It is how the service runs.
Day One: Onboarding
The moment your payment clears, three things happen. You get a dedicated Slack channel with our sales, marketing, client success, and tech team in it. You fill out a short intake form covering your services, your service area, your average ticket, and your calendar. And you book a launch call with your Client Success Manager, within one to two business days.
On the launch call we go through your ideal job, your minimum project size, how far you will drive, and when you want appointments on the calendar. That is what our in-house sales team uses to vet every property owner. If you only want five-acre clearing jobs, that is what gets booked.
Campaigns go live within five to seven business days of that call. Ad spend starts the day campaigns go live, not before.
What Happens When an Appointment Books
A property owner sees your ad, fills out a survey with their project, budget, timeline, and location. Our in-house sales team calls them and runs the 10-10-10 rule. 10 calls, 10 texts, 10 emails until they book or say no.
Once booked, you get a Slack notification with the date, time, address, project scope, budget range, and notes from the call. You know what you are walking into before you pull in the driveway. The appointment goes on a shared Google Calendar. We see your availability, so if you are out of town or on a job for three days, nothing gets booked in that window. The less friction on the appointment, the more likely it closes.
Every Two Weeks: The Review
Every two weeks, you and your Client Success Manager sit down and go through two things.
First, what is working on our end. Which ads are pulling, what cost per appointment looks like, where the ad spend should move next, and whether to turn the dial up.
Second, every single appointment we sent you. Not a summary. Every one. Did you go? Did you put a number out? If so, for how much? Did it close? If it closed, what did you collect?
From that we track your close rate, your cash collected, and your overall return on investment, every two weeks, for as long as you are a client.
Why We Do It This Way
Contractors are busy running machines. Nobody has time to sit down on a Sunday night and figure out whether their marketing worked. So we keep it top of mind for you. You do not have to think about it. The numbers show up every two weeks whether you ask for them or not.
It also keeps us honest. If your close rate is sitting at 30% when our average client is at 50%, we see it in week two, not month three. Then we fix it. Sometimes that is a bidding problem. Sometimes it is follow-up. Sometimes it is the ads targeting the wrong property owners. Either way it gets found fast.
What This Looks Like in Real Numbers
Devon got 40 appointments in his first 60 days and closed 20 of them. We know that because we tracked every single one. His close rate was 50%. We know that too.
Andy closed $140,000 in his first three months. Tracked. Isaac did $183,000 in his first 10 weeks. Tracked. Blaine closed $32,000 on his first appointment in October 2026. Tracked from the first call.
That is how we know we have generated over $100 million in on-site estimates across 250 contractors. Not an estimate. A count.
What It Costs
Most contractors invest between $1,500 and $15,000 per month with Dirt2Dollars. Where you land in that range depends on how many markets you run, how much ad spend you put behind it, and how fast you want to scale.
The biweekly review, the Client Success Manager, the Slack channel, and the tracking are all included. There is no add-on for knowing whether it worked.
The Part You Own
We track it. You still have to do it. If you skip appointments or do not send bids, the review will show that too. We guarantee 30 on-site appointments in 90 days on our flagship program. We cannot guarantee you close them. We can make sure you always know exactly where you stand.
