Client Success Manager
About this Role:
As a Client Success Manager at Dirt to Dollars, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, primarily construction companies using our digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads, social media, and web development. Your job is to build strong client relationships, ensure successful campaign delivery, and proactively address any concerns. If you’re organized, client-focused, and passionate about helping small businesses grow, this role is for you.

Responsibility:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients after onboarding.
- Understand each client’s business goals and align them with the right marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, media buying, SEO, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Conduct regular check-ins, strategy calls, and performance reviews with clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively communicate results and adjustments.
