How Much Does Dirt2Dollars Cost? The Math Behind the Price

I get asked what Dirt2Dollars costs on almost every sales call. So here is the straight answer, and then the part nobody else will tell you: how to figure out if it is worth it for your business.

First, What Dirt2Dollars Actually Is

Dirt2Dollars is a done-for-you marketing agency. We are not a coaching program. This is not a course. We run your ads, build your website and landing pages, and handle all of your marketing. Our in-house sales team books qualified on-site appointments directly on your calendar. All you have to do is show up and close the deal.

That matters because there is another business with a nearly identical name that sells coaching programs. We are not them. Nobody at Dirt2Dollars is going to put you on a group call and tell you to go run your own ads. We run them.

What Dirt2Dollars Costs

Most contractors invest between $1,500 and $15,000 per month with Dirt2Dollars. Where you land in that range depends on how many markets you run, how much ad spend you put behind it, and how fast you want to scale.

That number covers everything. Ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. A landing page and website built for your trade. Our in-house sales team calling every property owner, following up with 10 calls, 10 texts, and 10 emails, and vetting their project before anything hits your calendar. And a guarantee of a minimum number of on-site appointments, or we keep working for free until we hit it.

Is that cheap? No. And I would be worried if it were.

Why We Do Not Price Based on Cost

Here is something I tell contractors on every call. We do not care about cost per lead. We do not care how many names come through the funnel. We care about one thing: how much new cash is coming into your business.

That is why the price is set the way it is. It is not set against what a cheap lead-sharing platform charges. It is set against what a land clearing contractor can actually make from a steady calendar of on-site estimates.

When a contractor told me last month, “I pay attention to return, I do not pay attention to cost,” I told him that is exactly how we think too. That is the only lens that makes sense for a business that runs $100,000 machines.

The Math Every Contractor Should Run

Let me walk you through the same math I do on sales calls. Grab your average ticket. For most land clearing and mulching contractors it sits somewhere between $7,500 and $15,000. Some are higher.

Our flagship program guarantees 30 on-site appointments in 90 days. Our clients close around 50% of those appointments on average. Devon closed 20 of the first 40 we sent him. Call it 50% to be conservative.

30 appointments times 50% is 15 closed jobs. 15 jobs times a $7,500 average ticket is $112,500 in revenue in 90 days. At a $10,000 ticket it is $150,000.

Now put that next to three months of the investment above. Even at the top of the range the math works. At the low end it is not close. And that is before you count the work you book after the 90 days end.

One job pays for the whole thing. Everything after that is profit you did not have before.

Ad Spend Is Fuel, Not a Fee

One thing that confuses contractors is the difference between our management fee and ad spend. The ad spend goes directly to Facebook and Instagram. We never touch it. It is the fuel for the vehicle.

More fuel, farther the truck goes. More ad spend, more property owners see your ads, more appointments land on your calendar. The contractors who scale fastest are the ones who treat ad spend as a dial they can turn up, not a bill they want to shrink.

That is why the monthly range is wide. A contractor running one market at a steady pace lands at the low end. A contractor running three markets with a crew to feed lands at the high end. Same system, different throttle.

What You Are Not Paying For

You are not paying per lead. You are not paying a commission on closed jobs. You are not buying names that got sold to five other contractors.

One of our clients landed a $12.4 million site prep contract that started with a Facebook ad we ran. If we charged a percentage of closed work, that one job would have cost him more than years of our service. Flat pricing means your upside is yours.

Real Contractors, Real Returns

Andy closed $140,000 in his first three months.

Isaac did $183,000 in his first 10 weeks.

Devon got 40 appointments in his first 60 days and closed 20 of them.

Blaine closed a $32,000 job on his very first appointment in October 2026. One appointment paid for everything.

None of those contractors asked if we were the cheapest option. They asked if the math worked. It did.

The Honest Caveat

If we could guarantee you an ROI, we would just do the work ourselves and keep the money. We cannot. We guarantee the appointments. You still have to show up, bid the job, and close it.

We can put every opportunity in the world on your calendar. If you cannot convert them, the math breaks. That is the only part we cannot control, and I would rather tell you that now than after you pay.
