These are the real questions contractors ask on calls with our team, and the real answers. No sales language.
Are these leads or appointments?
Appointments. Confirmed times on your calendar with property owners who have been spoken to by a live person on our call center team and qualified against criteria you set.
We do not hand you a list of phone numbers. That is a different product sold by different companies.
Are the appointments exclusive to me?
Yes. We do not sell the same opportunity to multiple contractors. What we generate for you is yours.
How fast will I see appointments?
First week. Paid advertising does not need a ramp-up period the way search rankings do. One client booked nine thousand eight hundred dollars in work off his first six appointments.
Full performance takes fourteen to thirty days as the campaign optimizes.
What if the appointments are not any good?
Some early ones will not be. That is the honest answer and it is a function of the campaign not yet knowing your market.
Your customer success manager tightens qualification criteria, adjusts targeting, and changes what our callers ask. One client went from a two hundred dollar cost per inquiry to forty five dollars in ten days once there was enough data.
If you tell us an appointment was bad, tell us why. That feedback is what drives the tightening.
What is the guarantee?
Thirty qualified on-site appointments over the term on our flagship program. If we come up short, we keep working at no additional program cost until we deliver.
One client attended thirty six of thirty eight appointments booked against it. Overdelivery is more common than shortfall.
Do no-shows count against the guarantee?
No, they count as delivered. We control whether a qualified property owner commits to a scheduled time. We do not control whether they answer the door.
We run confirmation calls to keep the rate down, but no business that books appointments can guarantee human behavior.
Do you guarantee closed jobs?
No, and be skeptical of anyone who does. We are not walking the property or asking for the sale.
What we can tell you is what happens when contractors hold up their end. Brian closed five jobs his first week. Dave and Tyson closed over forty five jobs in three months. An excavation client closed one hundred forty thousand dollars on thirty five dollars a day in ad spend.
How many appointments will I get per day?
We cap most clients at two per day with roughly three hour buffers between them.
Contractors push back on this wanting more volume. Six estimates crammed into one day produces six rushed estimates, late arrivals, and lost jobs. Drive time in this industry is unforgiving. Volume you cannot attend well is not volume.
Who calls the property owners?
Our in-house call center. Real people, not automated texts or bots. Every inquiry gets contacted within minutes.
This is the structural reason we can guarantee appointments at all. A company that only runs ads does not own the step where inquiries become appointments, which is where most of the loss happens.
What do I actually have to do?
Show up to the appointments. Walk the property, price the work, and ask for the decision on site rather than emailing a proposal that night.
Give your customer success manager feedback on what closed and what did not. Keep ad spend funded. That is it.
What if it does not work in my market?
We screen for that before you sign. Service radius and market population come up on the first call, and if the numbers do not support the appointment volume we would be guaranteeing, we tell you no.
Are you the coaching company I found online?
No. There is a separate business with a nearly identical name that sells coaching programs. Different owner, different industry, different product entirely.
Dirt2Dollars operates at dirt2dollars.com and sells done-for-you marketing to land clearing and excavation contractors. We have never sold coaching.
How do I verify the results you publish?
Watch the client videos. Those are real contractors on camera using their own names and their own numbers. The results come with acreage, timelines, and dollar figures attached, because the contractors said them out loud.
If you have a question that is not on this list, book a call and ask it directly.
