What Happens If Dirt2Dollars Doesn't Hit the 30 Appointment Guarantee?

Our flagship program carries a guarantee of thirty qualified on-site appointments over the term. Contractors ask the same question on every call, and it is the right question.

What if you do not hit it?

Here is the whole answer, including the parts most companies bury.

What happens if we fall short

We keep working at no additional program cost until we deliver the appointments we committed to.

To be direct about it: this is a performance guarantee, not a money back guarantee. We do not write checks back. We deliver the appointments. If the term ends and the count is short, the campaign keeps running and our team keeps booking until you have what you were promised.

The reason we structure it that way is simple. Money back leaves you exactly where you started, which is with no pipeline and a quarter you cannot get back. You did not hire us for your money back. You hired us for a full calendar.

What counts as one of the thirty

This is where most guarantees in this industry get slippery, so let me be specific.

An appointment counts when it is a confirmed time on your calendar, with a property owner or decision maker, who has an actual project on an actual property, and who has been spoken to by a live person on our call center team and qualified against the criteria you and your customer success manager set during onboarding.

A form fill does not count. A phone number does not count. A text message reply does not count. A person who said maybe someday does not count.

What does not count against us

Being upfront about this matters more than being generous about it, because vagueness here is how contractors get burned.

If a homeowner cancels or does not show up after being booked and confirmed, that is still a delivered appointment on our side. We control whether a qualified person commits to a time. We do not control whether they answer the door. No-shows happen in every business that books appointments, and we work to keep the rate low with confirmation calls, but we cannot guarantee human behavior.

If you cannot attend appointments we book, those still count. If your calendar availability is too narrow for us to book into, that limits volume and it is not something we can solve from our side.

If ad spend is paused, reduced, or not funded, the clock effectively stops. We are buying attention in your market. No spend, no inquiries, no appointments.

How often do we actually fall short?

Rarely, and the number usually goes the other direction. One client attended thirty six of thirty eight appointments booked against the guarantee. Overdelivery is more common than shortfall.

That is not a brag, it is a design outcome. The guarantee is set at a number we are confident we can clear in a market that qualifies. Which brings up the part contractors do not expect.

We turn contractors down over this

We will not put the guarantee on a campaign we do not think can hit it.

If your service radius covers a market too small to produce that appointment volume in the term, we say no. If you cannot get off the machine to run estimates during business hours, we say no. If you do not have the equipment or crew to service the work, we say no, because booking a calendar you cannot deliver on damages your name in your own market.

That conversation happens on the first call. It is faster for both of us than finding out in month two.

Why we can offer it at all

Because we control the whole chain instead of handing you a piece of it.

We run the advertising. We build the landing page. Our own call center contacts every inquiry within minutes with a real person, not a bot or an automated text. Our team qualifies and books directly onto your calendar. And a dedicated customer success manager watches the numbers weekly and adjusts.

A company that only runs ads cannot guarantee appointments, because they do not own the step where inquiries become appointments. That step is where almost all of the loss happens.

We cap most clients at two appointments per day with buffers between them, because six estimates crammed into one day produces six bad estimates. Volume you cannot attend is not volume.

The thing we do not guarantee

Closed jobs.

We are not going to promise you revenue, because we are not the ones walking the property and asking for the sale. If you show up late, cannot price the work, or send a proposal three days later instead of closing on site, no marketing company on earth can fix that.

What we can tell you is what happens when the contractor holds up their end. Brian closed five jobs in his first week with us. See case study of Brian. Dave and Tyson closed over forty-five jobs in three months. See case study of Dave and Tyson. An excavation client closed one hundred forty thousand dollars on thirty five dollars a day in ad spend. Another booked twenty seven thousand dollars in forestry mulching work in thirteen days.

Across more than 250 contractors, we have delivered over one hundred million dollars in on-site estimates. What contractors do with those estimates is the part they own.

The short version

Thirty qualified on-site appointments over the term. If we come up short, we keep working at no additional program cost until we get there. Appointments must be confirmed, qualified, and booked by a live person. No-shows and cancellations count as delivered. Paused ad spend pauses the obligation. And we will tell you no upfront if we do not think your market can support it.

If you want to know whether your market qualifies, book a call and we will run the numbers before you commit to anything.
